Agile IT
• Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements across our professional services and managed services portfolio • Manage onboarding projects for new managed service clients and professional services projects • Keep complex engagements on track and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams • Take ownership of delivery outcomes from kickoff through closeout • Coordinate internal resources across engineering and compliance delivery teams • Facilitate structured, RCA-style reviews at project close to identify process improvements • Keep project documentation current, including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Background in IT consulting, managed services (MSP), or value-added reseller (VAR) environments
- Experience managing client onboarding or implementation projects with defined scope, milestones, and handoff points
- Experience facilitating post-project reviews or retrospectives with a genuine continuous improvement orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage scope creep, competing priorities, and ambiguity without losing accountability
- Comfortable operating in a lean, remote-first environment where you own your outcomes
- Working familiarity with PSA or project management platforms (AutoTask, Moovila, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, MS Project, or equivalent)
