Job Requirements
- 5+ years leading sales teams - You've successfully hired, trained, and motivated sales teams to hit their goals
- Strong MedTech/Diagnostics background - You know the life sciences industry inside and out, including IVDR regulations
- You understand that winning in the market requires strong alignment with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other key departments. You actively build these strategic relationships to drive company success.
- You understand how to build and execute sales processes, set the right prices, and create multiple ways to generate revenue
- You're comfortable with budgets, tracking key metrics, and using data to make smart business decisions
- You can present ideas clearly, set clear direction for your team, deliver effective feedback, and actively listen to others.
- You're fluent in English and experienced in leading remote teams across different time zones, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration regardless of location.

Role Description The Integrated Business Planning function within RTX is responsible for driving schedule alignment with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering stakeholders which results in an integrated plan, providing the basis for the annual operating plan (AOP) and the long range plan (LRP). Integrated Planners give program managers and value stream leaders the ability to come together and make strategic and tactical decisions about how to collectively run their businesses in order to optimize customer satisfaction and financial performance. This position is focused on strategic and operational readiness for major end-items tied to firm contracts and non-firm proposals. This role is responsible for understanding production demand profiles and the corresponding internal and external constraints to ensure potential issues are well-understood, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner. The individual selected for this role will work to enable decision making and collaboration across a variety of functions and program areas through data analysis, simulation, and fact-based influence. In addition to driving accountability for known issues, this role will identify areas of greatest risk and variability and analyze different scenarios to establish contingency plans as needed to increase our ability to deliver on schedule. The integrated planner will be directly involved in scheduling and planning decisions for major deliverables and provide process support and oversight with a focus on mid-term and long-term operational readiness. The individual in this role will need to leverage strong interpersonal and leadership skills to be successful in optimizing the schedule around factory efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and consistency in achieving financial targets.
