What we’re looking for We’re looking for high-energy, engaging, empathetic, and patient client services talent to help us deliver outstanding service to our clients and financial advisors. Who you are You are a thoughtful, personable, detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years experience in client/customer service support working in the fintech, financial, insurance, or wealth management sectors. You have a passion for providing best-in-class customer support, an interest in finance, and enjoy working in a collegial environment. The role You’ll work closely with operations and member services team, helping us manage support requests from clients and financial advisors, and sharing feedback with our broader team. The position involves both responsive and proactive communication with clients and financial advisors. Your work will be critical to ensure the voice of the customer is at the center of the products and solutions that we build. You should be a good problem solver, a clear and concise communicator and good listener, kind and patient, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and enjoy engaging with clients to help them meet their financial goals. You are able to establish relationships quickly by being empathetic, highly responsive and helpful to clients who have put their trust in Max. You will also have the opportunity to get up to speed and contribute quickly. Initially, you will handle customer inquiries with high-quality replies within SLA targets and also support our advisor services team. In time, you will support new initiatives including improving the customer experience and working with other teams to provide suggestions for continuous product improvement. This position will provide you with growth opportunities in both customer service and operations as we continue to scale the business. This is a strategic role focused on customer success (not a call center representative). Requirements - 2+ years of customer service / customer success experience - Experience in relevant fintech, financial, insurance, or wealth management sectors - Knowledge or experience with support desk platforms like FreshDesk or ZenDesk - A strong desire to learn, contribute to the team, and help people Location This job is fully remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental U.S. Occasional travel may be required for training and/or team related activities. Compensation Your base salary will depend on several job-related factors including location, relevant prior experience, and/or subject matter expertise. Max operates as a remote-first workplace and offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. The estimated pay range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 (USD). This estimated pay information is based on our good faith estimate as of the date of this posting, and may be modified in the future. Role Description As a Client Services Advisor, Group Insurance, you develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You provide customer service based on member/client needs.
