• Lead greenfield initiatives end-to-end — research, scoping, definition, prototyping, implementation, and iteration — working directly with engineering to solve complex technical problems. • Improve existing products across the entire platform (WorkOS Dashboard, Admin Portal, AuthKit, and more), with a focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency. • Engage directly with customers to get feedback, uncover friction, and transform findings into scalable, reusable patterns and flows. • Contribute to our design system in Figma and code (WorkDS and Radix), creating, adapting, and deprecating patterns to keep the platform feeling like one product. • Experiment with AI tools and emerging workflows to accelerate exploration and prototyping.

• Collaborate with product and engineering to design our patient app and provider digital products • In partnership with product, conduct user research to understand user needs and problems • Use identified needs to facilitate ideation and solution validation • Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes to communicate these ideas • Design high fidelity UIs for our patient and provider applications • Work with engineering to support optimal implementation and QA designs prior to launch • Continue to monitor digital experiences to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with customers as well as engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver an elegant, intuitive platform. • Evolve concepts from ideation to sketches and storyboards to viable, documented design solutions • Own the creation of wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows • Create and manage design systems • Work with the product team to analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience • Assist with content development
