Senior Product Designer – Mobile
Mercury Banking
• Lead design for major mobile initiatives from concept through launch and iteration • Shape the vision for Mercury’s native iOS and Android experiences • Turn complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interactions • Work closely with product managers and engineers to decide what to build and why • Prototype ideas quickly to explore direction, test assumptions, and refine details • Design polished, production-ready interfaces with exceptional craft and precision • Contribute to our design systems and help evolve patterns across platforms • Raise the quality bar for interaction, visual design, and product thinking across the team
Job Requirements
- 6+ years designing high-quality product experiences
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Experience designing complex systems, not just individual screens
- Ability to work through ambiguity and drive projects forward independently
- Clear communicator who can articulate decisions and influence product direction
- Experience designing native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)
- Thoughtful collaborator who makes teammates better
