Full-Stack Developer – Django/React

• Lead the development process by developing, testing, and deploying new features for our web application. • Maintain and enhance existing features to improve performance, user experience, and overall functionality. • Work closely with founders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, React, and the other languages in our stack. • Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions. • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve our software products.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of recent Django or Django React Framework experience.
- Experience in software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Solid hands-on experience designing and building solutions for customer-facing applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to logically follow a process from start to finish.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a track record of being a great team player.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
