It involves close collaboration with engineering and product leadership, as well as ownership of execution frameworks, release processes, and operational rigor. What You Will Do: - Lead cross-team programs spanning multiple platforms, including backend and endpoint systems. - Identify, track, and resolve cross-functional dependencies and risks across engineering teams. - Define clear milestones in collaboration with product and engineering leaders, and ensure timely execution. - Own release coordination and rollout strategies, including staged deployments and feature flag management. - Ensure release readiness through proper testing, monitoring, and rollback planning. - Build and maintain lightweight execution systems (e.g., Jira) to track progress and drive accountability. - Develop automations using Python, APIs, or integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead. - Establish and enforce clear definitions of done across teams. - Provide real-time visibility into program status, including roadmap progress and unplanned work. - Drive initiatives to full completion, ensuring high-quality delivery rather than partial outputs. - Proactively identify risks and escalate issues effectively when needed.
