Duel is a protest against everything wrong in gambling. The purest, fairest casino ever built. The Vatican of gamba. We're waging war on scammers, fake bets, and dark patterns — and we need a Product Owner who wants to burn the old playbook down. The role You own the product backlog across casino, sportsbook, and games. You translate vision into stories, stories into shipped features, and shipped features into better player experiences. You work directly with engineering and design — no layers, no bureaucracy, no nonsense. If you want to build the same casino everyone else has built, move on. What you'll do - Own and prioritise the backlog across all platforms - Turn product vision into clear user stories and tasks - Monitor player engagement and performance — find what's broken, fix it, find what's missing, build it - Gather and define requirements with stakeholders, functional and non-functional - Drive growth through ideas that are actually different What you'll need - 3+ years in a product ownership or management role - Gambling or gaming industry experience preferred - Comfortable working with both technical and commercial teams - Experience with distributed, remote-first development teams - Clear communicator, strong prioritisation instincts, ownership mindset Come build something pure.

This role is responsible for translating business and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories that address both functional requirements and non-functional considerations such as performance and scalability, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate brings healthcare domain knowledge, understands Agile processes, and is comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support requirements definition and backlog management.
