• You develop new content formats for TikTok, Instagram & YouTube that integrate AI from the start. • Hybrid set management: you select the right setup depending on the requirement — whether an iPhone with AI assistance for fast, high-quality results or full studio equipment for specific looks and explainer formats. • You build efficient production workflows: from automated editing and B-roll generation to reusable templates so that not every reel starts from scratch. • You experiment with tools like Remotion (React-based programmatic motion design) and actively integrate new AI approaches into our workflows. • You systematically test formats and variants — hook, format, length — and iterate based on completion rate and reach. • You work closely with our Social Media Manager and feature engaging personalities on camera — your work will be visible on the respective channels.

• Produce all photo and video content • Manage relationships with clients and/or wedding planners and serve as liaison between clients and the photographers • Setup and hold meetings with photographers and clients for timeline review • Answer phones, respond promptly to client e-mails • Coordinate teams of photographers and assistants for weddings and other known jobs • Produce or transcribe timelines pertaining to photo coverage at weddings and events • Handle travel logistics for the photo team including air travel, ground travel and accommodations • Collaborate and produce editorial/commercial shoots • Recruit new talent for the studio and stay active in the photography community • Track job bookings and manage the progress of the contracted coverage ensuring jobs stay on budget • Owner of the studio calendar, manage photographers availability and coordinate team meetings • Manage and oversee the photo editor and studio assistant • Ensure final deliverables are being delivered to clients on time • Process and manage all client invoices and set up vendors • Process all payable invoices

• Collaborate with Game Direction to assist with managing the day-to-day, and deliver on high-value user stories from concept to post-launch. • Assist in steering production toward tangible milestones and ensure project scope is being adhered to. • Take ownership of development areas and routinely coordinate progress and updates to schedule timeline. • Identify and evaluate risks, and troubleshoot communication with dependent teams. • Improve overall quality by evaluating builds and verifying acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with Game Design to implement essential game data into Playfab, and other tools in a production environment. • Facilitate communication across the development team and other departments, such as Marketing, QA, Operations, Customer Success, and Legal. • Keep abreast of current market trends.

**What we are looking for:** We are looking for a Senior Technical Producer, with a passion for game development and the craft of production. Demonstrating outstanding communication and technical problem solving, you will partner with the Production, Directors, and Development teams across multiple locations to drive projects forward. You will own, build, maintain, and execute project plans to determine resource and scheduling needs for multiple teams and/or larger areas of the game, with a focus on quality of life for developers and the quality of what we release to our players.
