About SingleFile SingleFile is a Series A legal tech company transforming how organizations manage compliance and entity structure. We're growing fast, and we're building a sales organization to match. We're actively hiring multiple Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. The Role You're not just grinding dials. You're building your foundation as a sales professional. As a Business Development Representative at SingleFile, you'll master outbound prospecting, run discovery conversations, and build the skills that close deals. Think of this as your MBA in SaaS sales, except you get paid while you learn, and you have experienced AEs and managers coaching you every step of the way. Your Day-to-Day - Proactively outbound to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn (~60–80 dials per day depending on research and call outcomes) - Research target accounts to understand their structure, workflows, and pain points - Confidently navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers with clear, value-driven messaging - Run efficient discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their buying process - Target 25–30 high-quality SQL meetings per month - Partner closely with Account Executives to learn how they move deals forward - Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot - Build and refine prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools - Continuously test and refine your messaging based on feedback from your manager and AE partners You'll Thrive Here If - You're coachable and hungry to improve. You ask for feedback, implement it, and measure your progress week to week. - You're curious about the sales craft. You ask why certain messaging works, how AEs close deals, and how you can level up. - You're organized and disciplined. You manage high activity volume while staying detail-oriented in your CRM. - You're resilient. Rejection is part of the job—you see it as data, not personal feedback. - You want growth. You're not planning to be a BDR forever. You see this as your entry point into a six-figure sales career. - You're professional and credible. You represent SingleFile well in every interaction. - You're competitive. You care about metrics and improving your conversion rates each month. Requirements - 1.5–2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech - Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach - Strong phone presence and comfort leading discovery conversations - Experience qualifying prospects and understanding buyer needs - Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.) - Track record of hitting or exceeding quota Bonus Points - Prior experience at a high-growth or early-stage startup (you understand the hustle) - Exposure to longer or more complex sales cycles - Willingness to learn a new domain (legal tech and compliance) - Track record of asking great questions in discovery Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 + Performance-Based Commission. - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $95,000+ What Else We Offer: - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - Short-term and long-term disability, plus life insurance - 401(k) plan - Discretionary paid time off and company holidays - 100% remote work environment - Equity as part of our compensation package. We're a Series A company and believe in sharing the upside with our team - Structured onboarding and sales training - Regular 1:1s with your manager focused on skill-building and career development - Access to our AE team for mentorship and learning Your Growth Path We're not just hiring BDRs, we're building our next generation of Account Executives.
