You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing Salesforce data and processes, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and user adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of supporting both administrative and operational CRM functions in a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES - Salesforce Administration – Manages records, fields, workflows, and user access within Salesforce to ensure system efficiency and accuracy. - Data Management & Accuracy – Maintains clean, consistent, and reliable CRM data through regular audits and updates. - Reporting & Analytics – Generates reports and dashboards to support business decisions and performance tracking. - Process Optimization – Identifies opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and system usage. - Problem-Solving – Troubleshoots system issues and user concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
