• Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint Office 365 solutions, sandbox solutions, and apps. • Design, develop, test, and deploy visual web parts, custom workflows, InfoPath forms, MS Office integration components, page templates, branding customizations, and web services. • Mentor others on best practices, design patterns, and use of server-side and client-side object models for building solutions on the SharePoint platform or that integrate with the SharePoint platform. • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support dashboards, KPIs, and other Business Intelligence solutions using Excel Services that pull data from SharePoint and external data sources. • Research, evaluate, and recommend 3rd party products that provide extended or enhanced capabilities to the platform. • Assist with user acceptance testing and the preparation of user manuals and training materials for SharePoint solutions. • Assist with communication of major/minor enhancements and bug-fixes and coordination with other support personnel to ensure seamless rollout of new functionality. • Other web development related duties as assigned.

• Design and develop web services and UI pages using UML Modeling, MVC Architecture and Object-Oriented Programming • Gather requirements and collaborate with project stakeholders • Define multiple approaches to business problems and implement technical solutions • Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, scalability of system architecture and ensure that the code is well aligned with the requirements • Conduct reviews and ensure that the functionality of the developed components meets the requirements • Participate in Agile meetings and translate application storyboard and use cases into functional applications • Provide technical solutions • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate issues • Implement automated testing platforms using Junits / Mockito for Springboot and Jasmine tests for ReactJs • Implement Database solutions with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB • Build and deploy code using Dev Ops tools GIT and Jenkins • Deploy code in PCF or AWS cloud in different environments • Design and development of applications using Java, Springboot, Hibernet, JPA, web-services, and REST • Design and development of Responsive and Browser/OS compatible Web User Interfaces with any combination of HTML5, CSS3, DHTML, ReactJS, Angular and JavaScript • Work with CI/CD using GIT Hub and Jenkins • Write Junit, JEST, or Jasmine Unit Test cases • Work with SQL and any combination of relational Databases

• Design, develop and support simulation frameworks for backtesting execution approaches. • Work with other quantitative researchers to develop new trading ideas.

• Work remotely and closely with our software and quantitative developers to translate prototypes into production-ready software • Implement our existing trading strategies and propose improvements to our tools, taking high-level concepts and translating them to a high-performance language for execution • Create internal and external tools to utilize the ideas and market simulations that the Quantitative Team has developed • Communicate solutions effectively via documentation • Be open to ad hoc projects
