Software Development Intern

• Work remotely and closely with our software and quantitative developers to translate prototypes into production-ready software • Implement our existing trading strategies and propose improvements to our tools, taking high-level concepts and translating them to a high-performance language for execution • Create internal and external tools to utilize the ideas and market simulations that the Quantitative Team has developed • Communicate solutions effectively via documentation • Be open to ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MS or BS program
- Strong interest in the field of Finance
- Candidates must have a proven academic record
- Have the ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis
- Superior quantitative and logical reasoning skills
- Experience with computer programming languages, with emphasis on Python, C++, and Java
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Extraordinary work ethic
