PLM Process Analyst – NX CAD
Wisk
• Contribute with the business to define and implement their PLM/CAD needs and transform these into solutions • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Wisk Way, our standard for model-based definition (MBD), CAD methodologies, and digital design practices • Review complex models for compliance and provide corrective feedback • Lead cross-functional projects involving NX process development, MBD rollout, CAD maturity improvements, and digital thread integration • Collaborate with PLM and IT teams to ensure NX and Teamcenter integration supports Wisk Way practices • Develop training materials, including in-person sessions, eLearning modules, and onboarding content • Serve as an escalation point for complex NX modeling issues and CAD data inconsistencies
Job Requirements
- University degree in engineering or a related field
- at least 8 years of experience in aerospace design and PLM process deployment
- strong emphasis on NX and MBD
- Deep expertise in Siemens NX, including MBD, PMI, assemblies, drafting, surfacing, expressions, and feature organization
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter Item Types, Datasets, Workflows, and CAD integrations
- Understanding of model-based engineering (MBE) and digital thread principles
- Proven ability to define and enforce CAD standards and modeling methodologies across large engineering teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across Engineering, PLM, Certification, and Manufacturing
- Experience mentoring, training users, and facilitating cross-functional working groups.
