• Administrative support to 1 SVP, 2 Vice Presidents, and 2 Senior Directors • Independently manage the daily workflow of Executives • All aspects of the calendar, scheduling meetings and video conferences • Support additional Leadership Team members in Data Platform • Manage complex & constantly changing business calendars using Outlook • Handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently with tight deadlines
Job Requirements
- Proficient and an expert in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Skype
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and ensuring that tasks are completed by the deadline given
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech or start-up with an organization of more than 300 employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Professional and with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage group events or functions within the Data Platform team as well as other internal teams

• Perform ongoing operational tasks within assigned workstream • Assist principal investigators with proposal and budget preparation • Follow compliance regulations established by funding agencies and by the university • Work closely with other BCORe staff, PIs, NU-RES officials and department administrators for proposal submission and award administration • Assist with identifying sponsored program opportunities for Principal Investigators within the college • Provide support in monitoring sponsored award spending, payroll and effort oversight, budgets, annual progress report, clean-up and close-out • Liaise with NU-RES and complete administrative paperwork as required • Maintain transaction activity logs and awards documents • Run periodic reports of proposal and award activity and trends within College and related to Bouve Faculty • Work with Principal Investigators, Administration and sponsors to provide excellent customer service and resolve complex issues related to sponsored project • Develop and manage relationships across key sponsored research stakeholders; communicate with researchers, administrators, and sponsors to facilitate timely proposal submissions
