• Analyse the requirements and collaborate for determining and deciding on the best implementation options in WordPress • Develop and integrate custom themes and functionalities by extending WordPress (creating custom fields, custom post types and taxonomies, widgets) and create custom modules as required by the project • Develop e-commerce functionalities, primarily working in WooCommerce by performing configuration, extension and customization • Integrate third-party libraries and frameworks in case of complex projects, and work with external web services through APIs as required • Contribute in front-end development by implementing parts of the UI/UX design elements and integrating the front and back-end sides of the software • Optimization of the code and final product primarily in terms of performance - best practices implementation and WordPress-specific optimization • Assist in the optimization of other aspects of the final product such as cross-responsiveness, security, SEO and more • Assist in the operation and management of the whole optimized WordPress set-up in terms of configuration, monitoring, maintenance and updates, as well as training and troubleshooting and resolving problems for clients and co-workers

• Code program based on system enhancements, modification requests, or new design specifications • Lead and participate in developing a comprehensive and logical test plan for systems using appropriate tools to ensure established standards are utilized • Define project requirements by meeting with management and end users to gain a thorough understanding of software projects • Analyze and review functional and performance requirements to support design architecture, providing alternative architectural solutions as necessary • Ensure a thorough understanding of entire application, its usage, technical architecture, and functionality by project team, end user and management • Continually keep up-to-date on new products, development tools, industry trends, and methodologies for incorporation into software platforms • Participate in activities throughout the entire software development life cycle providing consultative advice and direction to development team

• Design and maintain backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript. • Implement NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL) databases. • Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture. • Develop and execute tests using Jest. • Optimize backend applications for performance and scalability. • Ensure code maintainability, readability, and adherence to coding standards. • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Integrate backend services with front-end components and third-party APIs. • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of backend services. • Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development technologies and trends. • Contribute to the development process within an Agile methodology. • Consider security best practices throughout the development process. • Design and develop backend services for features like user authentication, data processing, and billing.
