• Actively participate in meetings and interactions with the client to understand their needs and expectations for the project. • Conduct the gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, identifying the demands and specifications necessary for solution development. • Collaborate with the development team in defining the architecture and design of the solution, ensuring they are aligned with the established requirements. • Clearly and thoroughly document requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and understanding by the team. • Participate in refinement and ready activities, assisting in defining tasks and effort estimates for development. • Monitor the progress of development, ensuring that the solution meets client requirements and needs. • Collaborate in identifying and resolving potential conflicts or ambiguities in the requirements, striving to maintain project scope integrity. • Act as a communication link between the development team and the client, clarifying doubts and maintaining transparency about project progress and status. • Perform the final validation of the delivered solution, ensuring that all requirements were implemented as agreed with the client. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements gathering processes and project management by proposing innovative ideas and practices. • Collaborate in building the project or product roadmap for initiatives. • Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at the company scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy.

Project & UAT Support - Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives). - Prepare UAT scenarios based on insurance workflows.
