• Responsible for the effective day-to-day management of capacity, productivity, quality control, and system functionality within User Acceptance Testing and reconciliation operations • Operates as a subject matter expert and autonomous decision-maker, leading highly technical teams through complex testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities • Oversee daily operations related to capacity planning, productivity management, quality control, and system functionality across UAT and reconciliation activities • Establish and continuously enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles supporting information flow, data management, and testing utilization • Develop and maintain documented processes for test plan management, testing utilization, and escalation handling • Partner with Product Management, Information Technology, and Enrollment, Membership, and Billing teams to support user acceptance testing, release readiness, and reconciliation efforts

We’re searching for a Commercial Operations Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing outbound campaigns, commercial packaging, and newsletter performance. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build scalable commercial systems, directly impact pipeline generation, and shape how we monetize one of the leading crypto media platforms globally. Tasks - Design, build, and continuously optimize multi-touch outbound email sequences across different buyer personas (crypto-native, institutional, event-driven), using A/B testing and performance insights; - Create and package high-converting sales materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, pricing sheets, and objection-handling frameworks; - Own BeInCrypto’s newsletter portfolio end-to-end—from strategy and segmentation to production, sponsored placements, and performance optimization; - Analyze performance across newsletters, outbound campaigns, and partner activities; identify trends and drive continuous improvements based on data; - Own Sales CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility by running regular audits, identifying stalled or at-risk deals, and ensuring clear processes, data quality, and lead routing. Requirements - Have at least 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, growth marketing, or revenue operations (ideally in digital media, B2B SaaS, or performance marketing); - Are fluent in English; - Have hands-on experience building and launching email campaigns, with a strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization; - Can write clear, persuasive B2B copy across email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, sales materials, and newsletters; - Have experience with email automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, Brevo, Iterable); - Are comfortable working with HTML/CSS to tweak email templates or simple creatives; - Have a solid understanding of crypto/blockchain (and ideally some exposure to TradFi concepts); - Take full ownership of your work, proactively identify gaps, solve problems, document processes, and continuously improve outcomes; - Are highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment; - Focus on solutions and results rather than just identifying problems; - Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3.
