Manager, Customer Success Communications
Autodesk
• Support the development and execution of communications strategies for the CCO • Contribute to a well-organized and efficient communications approach • Contribute to planning and execution for key business level initiatives • Help coordinate internal, customer- and partner-facing communications, events and activities • Work with customer-facing and internal stakeholders/partners to ensure communication aligns with GTM initiatives • Contribute to GTM and company-wide communications projects
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive communications experience
- Experience supporting GTM, Sales and/or Customer Success teams
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
- Proficient in executive presentation tools (PowerPoint), internal channels (Slack, Teams, SharePoint), external channels (LinkedIn)
- Strong collaboration skills across global regions and functions
