As a Clinical Research Associate II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives to uncover market trends, customer needs, validate product concepts, and assess usability. • Serve as an organizational subject matter expert for Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research. • Inform and conduct competitive product benchmarking and user experience evaluations to inform product positioning and differentiation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product requirements and innovation strategies. • Guide teams on the interpretation of CI and market data. • Create clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
