• Own the quality strategy for a major product area, ensuring comprehensive coverage across features, integrations, and data flows. • Develop deep expertise in business logic and proactively identify risk areas before implementation begins. • Translate ambiguous requirements into structured, comprehensive test strategies in Qase. • Design complex, multi-system test scenarios that validate real-world workflows and failure states. • Execute advanced exploratory testing to uncover edge cases others may miss. • Lead regression strategy for your domain and ensure coverage evolves as the system grows. • Partner with automation engineers to prioritize and evolve automation coverage strategically. • Analyze defect trends and propose systemic improvements to reduce recurring issues. • Participate in architecture and design discussions to advocate for testability and risk mitigation. • Communicate release risk and tradeoffs clearly to engineering and product leadership. • Mentor Quality Analysts and help level up testing rigor, documentation quality, and risk awareness. • Raise the standard of clarity in acceptance criteria and definition of done.
