• Mission partnership & delivery: Embed with client teams to conceive, architect, build, and maintain solutions that meet mission needs under operational constraints. • Datato-decision flow: Use Foundry to turn disparate data into actionable products; move from use case → prototype → production at mission speed. • Operationalize AIP: Deploy agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented patterns, and prompt/policy strategies via AIP; implement guardrails, fallbacks, and recovery for reliability without training foundation models. • Production rigor: Instrument metrics/logs/traces, establish runbooks and SLOs, lead postmortems, and build audit-ready guardrails for safety and compliance. • Secure & compliant by design: Respect confidentiality and integrate with federal-grade controls (privacy, access, auditability); practice Zero Trust concepts. • Rapid iteration, real outcomes: Prototype quickly, ship production-grade features, and iterate based on user feedback and measurable mission impact. • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineers, PMs, analysts, and operators to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ship code that sticks. • Forward-deployed presence: Travel as needed to embed onsite, drive adoption, and ensure outcomes in operational environments.
