Role overview We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Pod Lead to manage a team building simulation-based design challenges used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining deep electrical engineering expertise with team ownership, technical oversight, and problem design. You will define quality standards, ensure reproducible simulation environments, and work closely with AI research teams to continuously refine problem design. Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST.
