POSITION SUMMARY Vero Fiber is seeking a high-performing MDU Sales Specialist to drive multi-dwelling unit (MDU) growth across both our existing fiber footprint and strategic off-network opportunities. This role is designed for a relentless, results-driven seller who can create pipeline from scratch, navigate complex deals, and consistently close business. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a meaningful part in scaling a high-growth fiber platform. Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel to key markets and properties. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own MDU Sales Execution - Take full ownership of the MDU sales cycle across both on-network and off-network opportunities, from initial outreach through contract execution and deployment alignment. - Prospect and Build Pipeline Daily - Generate consistent pipeline through high-volume outbound activity, including approximately 50+ outreaches per day across calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person engagement. - Close New Business - Drive deals to close with urgency. Manage negotiations, overcome objections, and ensure timely execution of agreements aligned with Vero’s strategic and financial goals. - On-Net Expansion - Maximize penetration within Vero’s existing footprint by targeting MDUs that can be quickly activated and monetized. - Off-Net Development - Identify and secure strategic off-network opportunities that justify expansion, working cross-functionally to align build decisions with sales outcomes. - CRM Discipline (HubSpot) - Maintain strict CRM hygiene.
