Participates in the operation and support of an enterprise-scale production system, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues in collaboration with the ART. • Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions. • Analyzes and designs databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. • Applies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. • Migrate all current-system functionality from the mainframes and operate within a cloud-based environment (AWS GovCloud). • Transition investigative search to Elasticsearch, providing a faster response and report creation time for law enforcement. • Build new services to follow a microservices architecture and run within containers using the OpenShift platform.
