• Develop software using the latest Java, SpringBoot, Docker, Amazon Web Services, PostgreSQL, EventStoreDB, Github, ArgoCD and more as the org continues to expand and improve. • Enhance core libraries to implement cross-cutting concerns such as security, observability, data encryption, horizontal scaling, resiliency and other non-functional requirements • Debug non-trivial issues requiring partnering with Application Developers, vendors and platform teams • Collaborate with business and technology professionals across the company in an Agile fashion to ensure technical systems meet requirements. • Perform code reviews, unit and integration testing; write high quality documentation, and implement other industry recognized best practices. • Continue to learn new tools and patterns. • Write quality code with 80%+ code coverage, and thoroughly documented • Create new components and improve existing components in our component library • Propose recommendations, build prototypes, and provide feedback • Work with the QA engineering team • Communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, customers, partners, and other leaders

• Own the Marketing Site: you will own Eve’s marketing site, and lead efforts to grow the site and optimize its performance as a growth lever for the business • Optimize the Stack: lead the technical integration and optimization of external tools into a cohesive, automated go-to-market engine that powers growth across all stages of the funnel • Build AI Agents: design and deploy agents that work across sales and marketing, automating work at scale while maintaining a high level of quality • Engineer Data Flows: build the webhooks and middleware that sync data between our product, CRM and other internal systems with 100% integrity • Programmatic GTM: partner with leadership to translate GTM strategy into automated workflows, custom internal tools, and programmatic campaigns that massively uplevel the impact of each GTM hire • Personalized Internal Tools: Design and build custom internal tools and lightweight product surfaces that support GTM and revenue operations. • Collaborate: with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
