• Support the Ecosystem strategy while ensuring the growth and success of new and existing Web3 partnerships and ecosystem projects • Create demo videos, twitter thread content, tutorials, blog posts and more, to promote Nibiru Chain • Improve developer experience by creating developer-focused tooling, tutorials, documentation. • Contribute to the technical design and implementation of new products and protocols on Nibiru Chain • Coordinate, give workshops at, and participate in meetups, hackathons, and conferences across the world • Active and engaged on topics of cryptocurrency and NFTs, and interested in continuously learning about various types of assets • Comfortable working autonomously and in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with an emphasis on cross-team communication

• Write blog posts, threads, and explainers for ML engineers and researchers. • Engage with the community on Discord and Twitter/X. • Represent Pluralis at ML conferences by giving talks and running demos. • Improve onboarding and communication for GPU contributors. • Produce and edit multimedia content for YouTube. • Create co-marketing materials with ecosystem partners. • Track metrics across channels and optimize engagement. • Provide market intelligence on decentralized training and model development.

• Engage with our user and contributor community to help drive its growth • Be an ecosystem influencer and champion of users’ needs • Work to build relationships and deeply understand and improve people's adoption journeys • Inspire users with the latest technology advancements and best practices • Identify and remove friction points getting in their way • Produce high quality technical “how-to” content addressing common user needs • Present at meetups, webinars, conferences, and other ecosystem events • Provide structured feedback to Product Management to guide product evolution • Write code where required to support how-to content or presentations • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and open source leaders • Support our user group through regular office hours and community channels & forums • Monitor user group growth and health, tracking metrics and running regular surveys

• Design, build, and prototype agent workflows on top of dbt • Create working prototypes that validate product direction and accelerate engineering iteration • Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure and improve agent performance on data and analytics engineering tasks • Build tooling and example repositories that showcase AI-augmented dbt workflows • Author technical content for the dbt Developer Blog, Guides, and documentation that makes complex AI concepts actionable for practitioners • Create and curate deliverables (Agent Skills, MCP tools, emerging tools) that encode dbt best practices into formats consumable by AI coding agents • Develop enablement resources for internal teams and the dbt Community • Contribute to product launches as a subject matter expert • Serve as a Community voice for dbt's AI capabilities across Community Slack, GitHub, and public forums • Collect and synthesize community feedback on AI features, surfacing insights to Product and Engineering • Bring the practitioner perspective into product design reviews • Identify and flag sharp edges, regressions, or gaps in the experience • Maintain and triage dbt open source repository (dbt-agent-skills, dbt MCP) and related open source projects • Monitor adoption, performance, and the evolving AI agent ecosystem • Contribute code and design reviews with an eye toward developer ergonomics
