• Be an owner • Be responsible for the roadmap to grow the minka_ network • Lead product throughout the entire product life-cycle including strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, distribution and customer support. • Gain a deep understanding of the new infrastructure for money and represent it internally in minka_ • Participate in the agile product development process, ensure features are prioritised accurately and releases are delivered on time without excuses. • Make sure you constantly improve and learn about the internet, bitcoin and money. • Be a solver • Do whatever it takes to communicate customer needs and opportunities within the organisation and get them delivered. • Collaborate with engine, product and revenue teams, and other stakeholders to establish and execute timeline workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirements. • Write it down • Facilitate ideation sessions with clients to rapidly determine customer needs and create testable solution prototypes. • Document the requirements and facilitate the discussions with the customers. • Create and drive product strategy, definition, prioritisation and plan by collaborating with internal partners and clients. • Be the voice and the pen of the customers within the company.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in software development, software product management or program delivery
- Strong previous experience with financial technology or financial concepts
- Bachelors, Masters University Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong background in product discovery methodologies supporting incubation, experimentation, and new product development.
- Get stuff done attitude and make your voice heard when necessary.
- A good grasp of agile principles and executing in an agile environment, preferably certified in Agile
- Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork.
- Can develop broad market use cases as well write thorough technical specifications.
