This role involves providing excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat channels. - Assist customers with product information, warranty claims, and troubleshooting appliance issues. - Collaborate with internal teams including technical and logistics departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided in the CRM system. - Identify common customer issues and provide feedback to improve products and services. - Stay informed about the latest appliance products and company policies to deliver informed assistance.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
