• Develop insights and automate the compensation review & increment process. • Work on Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL / Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq technologies. • Handle database optimization and server response improvements. • Collaborate with the team to innovate HR tech solutions.

• Provide technical support for Order Management System (OMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. • Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop and maintain APIs and middleware for seamless system data exchange. • Track and document support requests and incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders. • Analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues and recommend proactive measures to prevent future occurrences. • Work closely with software developers to validate changes, conduct regression testing, and ensure new functionalities meet business requirements. • Provide feedback on system improvements and collaborate on the development of new solutions to enhance retail operations.
