• The Forward Deployed AI Product Engineer (Vector) is a customer-embedded, full-stack engineer who builds AI-native applications and agents that solve high-value business problems on top of the client’s data and AI platform. • This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business outcomes: you will live inside a business unit, learn its operations in detail, and rapidly ship working software that proves measurable ROI. • You will be deployed directly into strategic customer accounts as the tip of the spear for AI-powered solutions. • You will partner closely with business stakeholders, central platform teams, and other phData consultants to: • Identify and shape AI use cases that were previously considered too messy, too manual, or too cross-functional to tackle. • Rapidly prototype full-stack, MVP-grade agents, applications, and workflows that demonstrate value in weeks, not quarters. • Productionize the most impactful solutions, integrating with the client’s AI Data Platform, existing systems, and operational workflows. • Feed technical and architectural patterns back into the client’s platform and operating model to create durable, long-term leverage. • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-native solutions in your business area: discovery, value articulation, design, implementation, iteration, and handoff. • You must be equally comfortable whiteboarding with executives about KPIs and ROI, sitting side-by-side with frontline operators to understand real-world constraints, and diving deep into code to ship features quickly. • This is a highly hands-on, travel-heavy role designed for engineers who want to be as close as possible to the business problem, not just the technology. You will act as a lead engineer within one or more “fusion pods,” collaborating with data engineers, ML engineers, activation specialists, and client teams to deliver outsized business impact.

• Ability to perform a variety of professional work in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of an Enterprise Geographic Information System • Provide development and analysis to the needs and requirements of the client • Identify problems, objectives, and goals; examine alternatives and develop conclusions and recommendations

• Work closely with the product/design lead to plan our roadmap and deliver technical solutions on time • Be responsible for writing, testing, and pushing code to production • Write high-quality technical documents • Be expert in pixel-perfect coding • Build and maintain our core application, including the front and back ends • Be responsible for the entire life cycle of designing, building, launching, and maintaining enterprise applications. • Bring creative new ideas to the table. • Be a leader in technology and drive development • Design, build and launch back end architectures that support multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios. • Remain agile and move between rapid prototyping and stable production development • Write efficient, reliable relational database queries • Maintain high levels of enterprise-grade quality utilizing state of the art practices in security, scalability, lightning-fast performance, and visual UX quality • Write design documents, perform code reviews, and maintain a state of the art engineering practices

• Oversee the development and deployment of the web app. • Develop key features and help expand the development team. • Build engineering culture. • Collaborate with the product team and our core team to help shape and ensure the vision of the product and its user experience. • Lead development projects from their inception to completion and collaborating with the team onward to their deliverables. • Lead initial operational and technical projects in your team. • Curation of a tech stack to build the product. • Create and maintain supporting back-end systems. • Be responsible for deliverables. • Evaluation and improvement of technical concepts to technical specifications. • Liaise between the team and other OSS/DApp projects.
