Senior Full Stack Software Developer
Palco, Inc.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. • Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces. • Develop backend services and APIs to support web and mobile applications. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features. • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase. • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application stability. • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. • Automate deployment processes and ensure continuous delivery. • Monitor applications in production and respond to issues in a timely manner. • Continuously improve existing applications based on feedback and evolving requirements. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain modern and effective.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js, or Angular).
- Extensive experience with backend technologies (e.g. Elixir, Java, Ruby, or Python).
- Proficiency with databases.
- Experience building and consuming APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of modern authentication methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical discipline.
