• Ensure all documentation meets Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation (COPs), accrediting body recommendations, and state program rules and regulations related to care delivery. • Conduct thorough chart reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance at all touchpoints of care. • Verify that all required documentation elements are present, timely, and consistent with internal policies and regulatory standards. • Understand the impact of documentation quality on overall care delivery, branch compliance, and financial integrity. • Support the QA team by identifying documentation gaps, trends, and areas for improvement. • Assist in obtaining care plans, physician orders, and supporting documents necessary to establish medical necessity. • Serve as a professional role model for QA Nurse Team Members and other clinical staff by demonstrating high standards of accuracy, cooperation, conduct, and professionalism. • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all patient information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and internal safeguards. • Investigate and escalate documentation-related issues, concerns about clinical performance, or deviations from standards to the Director of Clinical Services.

• Execute automated and manual test cases against applications deployed in an AWS cloud environment and analyze results • Log and document bugs and similar test failures in the tracking system • Review and analyze software requirement and design specifications • Evaluate product code according to specifications • Assist with troubleshooting issues • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Support security testing, hardening, and assessments to meet strict compliance and operational security requirements

• Prepare the process of test planning, coverage and estimation within a small to medium team • Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios and cases • Maintains and extends the available automation testing framework • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for front-end & back-end testing • Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects, providing clear and detailed documentation • Continuously identify areas for test improvement and implement innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality and stability of the software • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to automation testing • Research new tools and technologies • Supports and extends the existing CI/CD pipelines in their test provisioning and execution part
