Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Billing/Coding, or Health Information Technology
  • Hold credentials from the AAPC for CPB
  • A current AAPC-Approved Instructor for the CPB
  • 1-2 years in the medical billing field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Internet applications
  • Willingness to self-assess, take feedback, and incorporate results into practice
  • Proven ability to function as a member of a team within established college, state, federal, and accrediting/approval agency regulations, policies and procedures
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Billing/Coding, or Health Information Technology (preferred)
