Fullstack Software Engineer

• Work across multiple projects to improve LLM performance on code tasks • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent use cases (e.g., coding copilots, creative assistants) • Evaluate and review model-generated code for accuracy, maintainability, and performance • Analyse and provide structured, written rationales for code quality and rankings • Collaborate with the client’s teams to identify edge cases and improve model behaviour
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering
- Must have worked full-time at a Top 50 Tech Company: Minimum 1 year if US-based, Minimum 2 years if based elsewhere
- Experience as a Software Engineer (not Data Scientist) in these companies
- Proven expertise in full-stack development, including:
- Building production-ready applications
- Software architecture, design, and debugging
- Code quality and peer review practices
- Citizen or valid work permit holder in the country of residence.
