• Design, implement, and test end-to-end functionality of internal and client projects • Contribute to the design and architecture of our software platform • Work with project managers to create estimates and realistic schedules • Work with project managers, business analysts, and sales to clarify and refine project requirements • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team

• Collaboratively design, implement, and test decision support and simulation software using cutting-edge technologies including AI and machine learning components • Develop modular systems in a distributed architecture such as with RESTful containerized micro services • Review and analyze software runtime performance, make algorithmic and performance improvements • Use agile development techniques

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. • Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs, web applications, and backend systems. • Integrate third-party services and APIs into existing applications. • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with user interfaces. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives. • Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime. • Optimize application performance and scalability by profiling and refactoring code. • Maintain detailed technical documentation for development processes and solutions. • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on .NET technologies and best practices.
