• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, architectures and flows. • Perform gap analysis between client needs and FIS standard solutions. • Prepare clear, detailed functional documentation for development, operations and management teams. • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Work closely with developers to define efficient integrations between systems. • Support certification processes and alignment of flows with payment networks.

• Identify all regulatory and management reporting needs across functions. • Define data models and mapping logic from transactional systems to reporting layer. • Develop templates and validation rules for IRDAI returns (Forms 112, TPA filings, etc.). • Coordinate with IT and Data Governance for automation of regulatory reporting. • Design dashboards for claims ratios, persistency, provider utilization, etc. • Validate accuracy and reconciliation between operational and financial data.

• Defines core policy administration workflows from issuance to renewal, upgrade/downgrade, endorsement, and cancellation ensuring robust and compliant system design. • Map TO-BE workflows for policy issuance, renewal, and endorsement processing. • Define premium calculation logic, proration rules, and financial reconciliation steps. • Validate integration points between policy admin, accounting, and customer portals. • Document business rules for reinstatements, NCB (no-claim bonus), and portability. • Ensure compliance with IRDAI circulars and product filing specifications. • Drive UAT and test case development for policy servicing modules.

• Owns design and documentation of claims processing workflows, including automation, workload management, and TPA integration, ensuring compliance with IRDAI and SLA standards. • Map end-to-end claims process: intimation ? adjudication ? approval ? payment. • Define workload balancing logic and queue management rules for claims teams. • Design data and process interfaces with TPAs (EDI/API structures). • Define claim status taxonomy, turnaround times, and escalation hierarchies. • Support configuration of fraud triggers and quality checks. • Ensure regulatory compliance for cashless and reimbursement claim processing.
