Technical Account Management Analyst
EDO - Entertainment Data Oracle, Inc.
• Learn the fundamentals on how advertisers traffic digital campaigns and how the associated data is used in EDO measurement. • Oversee day to day operations of managing client 1st party data and working with internal teams to EDO models for analysis. This will include: • Communicating and coordinating with clients. • Internal data checks and data pulls using SQL and other EDO tools. • Using Jira to assign relevant work to internal teams • Contributing to a report spec and adding any necessary instructions • Providing updates to internal stakeholders. • Assist new clients in onboarding data. This includes working directly with the client to put proper pixels in place and ensure data is properly flowing into EDO systems. • Support the Media Analytics, Sales and Business Development process by evaluating feasibility of new opportunities. • With the TAM team, be the client facing technical team and collaborate with engineering and data science on new opportunities. • Drive a consistent internal feedback loop on processes and deliverables. • Work with EDO engineers and data scientists to plan and prioritize technical solutions, in collaboration with the media analytics team. • Understand and stay on top of changing industry dynamics and the competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience.
- Experience with SQL and proficient Excel skills.
- Familiarity with the media landscape and understanding of tagging digital media.
- Strong project management skills, including ability to design strong processes.
- Versatility, i.e., the ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and switch gears frequently.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, and who has the desire to be part of a fast-growing, exciting, and nimble start up company.
