Business Analyst, Reporting – Regulatory IRDAI Context
Tech Minds Agency
• Identify all regulatory and management reporting needs across functions. • Define data models and mapping logic from transactional systems to reporting layer. • Develop templates and validation rules for IRDAI returns (Forms 112, TPA filings, etc.). • Coordinate with IT and Data Governance for automation of regulatory reporting. • Design dashboards for claims ratios, persistency, provider utilization, etc. • Validate accuracy and reconciliation between operational and financial data.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 years in insurance MIS or regulatory reporting.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and data governance.
- Strong understanding of IRDAI reporting standards and control mechanisms.
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and BI system implementation.
- Proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements.
- Skilled in as-is and to-be mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design.
- Experience working with IT development and QA teams on core insurance systems.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
