• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring they align with business goals. • Leverage human resources, technical and financial processes and structures to support enterprise wide change. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets leveraging High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation to ensure successful project delivery. • Manage project scope, risks, issues and change requests. • Manage the project management delivery and is a subject matter expert in Information Technology project management principles, techniques and best practices. • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. • Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management lifecycle methodology. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
