How you'll make an impact in this role - Assess organizational strategic plans and develop recruitment strategies to meet short and long term hiring goals in order to achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets. - Research and source candidates to fill open requisitions using technology based search techniques and establish external relationships. - Consult with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and preferences. - Perform local and nationwide targeted searches, generate candidate leads, and develop lists of potential candidates. - Work with HR Partners and Compensation to identify salary offer guidelines and extend offers to candidates. • Manual removal of vegetation from work areas • Safely operating various forestry equipment (woodchipper, hydraulic equipment, chainsaws) • Performing line clearance, pruning, and removals

• Support our network infrastructure (multiple DCs and offices around the globe) and participate in network-related diagnostics (including the network subsystem of servers, CentOS). • Improve the network: configuration management and automation of BaU tasks. • Contribute in cloud networking, as we plan to transfer major part of the load there. • Proactively cooperate with system engineers and spread knowledge related to the network. • Communicate with service providers, including IP transit operators around the world. • Manage the IP address space, subnets, and VLANs. • Actively contribute to information security and ensure safe network perimeter. • Participate in the on-call shifts.
