• Take ownership of our React codebase and contribute significantly to its evolution • Collaborate closely with our external Unity Game Dev team to ensure an efficient integration with our multiplayer gaming platform • Initiate, design, and build an API for player data management • Work closely with our crypto services team, ensuring secure and speedy transactions for our players • Identify technical issues before they happen, and contribute to the creation of technical briefs • Contribute to our culture of technical excellence • Provide concise and valuable insights to our leadership team • Push and retain the quality of the game to the highest standards while staying lean and agile • Create innovative solutions to the most significant challenges, including tools and services • Approach the development of products and features with the users' needs first and with MixMob's unique user experience. • Help with MixMob’s CI/CD pipelines when required • Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, and recruiting engineers. • Provide technical leadership in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and scheduling. • Review technical designs, and ensure they will be scalable and robust. • Maintain a high-quality bar for code, unit tests, and technical architecture.

• Provide support to client teams in numerous projects as well as existing customers through web, and front-end expertise. • Develop, implement, and maintain front end application with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL while consistently meeting project deadlines. • Create and maintain customer HTML forms, customer workflows, customer displays, manage customer configurations, and maintain word document templates. • Create reports with SQL by utilizing SSRS report builder. • Build scripts using C# for workflows. • Conduct cross-browser and multi-device testing and performance optimization. • Engage with cross-functional teams with varying levels of seniority and experience to support various programs and client needs. • Help determine best methods to perform tasks; complete projects and makes recommendations for future process enhancements as it relates to front end development and optimization. • Perform standard reporting for management. • Maintain detailed, organized documentation of client projects using a combination of Monday.com and other tools. • Provide timely, helpful, and thorough responses and resolutions to inquiries and requests. • Assist customers with complex configurations. • Troubleshoot complex forms/workflows/scripts/reports. • Perform UAT. • Mentor junior engineers.

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Collaborate with clients and/or internal teams to understand user needs; collaborates on initial proposal and design of software to meet these needs • Build dynamic and responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code and ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver feature enhancements • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure data-driven UI components function effectively • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Modify existing software to correct errors or improve performance • Write unit tests and maintain code quality through continuous integration and best practices • Research, follow, and communicate best practices to team members • Gather and evaluate user feedback and then modifies software for better usability • Determine required system performance standards and hardware configurations based on client specifications, budget, security needs, and other parameters • Document development processes, architectural decisions, and changes to ensure maintainability and ease of collaboration • Supervisory Responsibilities: including but not limited to collaboration, mentor team members, enable opportunities for individual technical growth, and strengthening the team, among others • Perform other related duties as assigned
