__**Duties and Responsibilities:**__ · Design, build, and maintain a regression test suite covering both frontend and backend functionality · Perform structured manual testing across new features and existing workflows · Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks · Build and execute automated tests for AI agent response quality, including accuracy, tone, and flow adherence · Produce regular test reports summarizing coverage, pass/fail rates, and outstanding defects · Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define acceptance criteria and test cases prior to development · Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution · Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution

• Role: Performance Engineer/Tester • Develop cloud-based tooling and automation that significantly improved software engineering productivity and reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence • Extensive Experience with Cloud-based Architecture • Expertise in Application Performance Management • Front end performance monitoring Google Cloud or similar cloud experience • Automation (preferably Python skills)

• Audit sales agents' calls and score them • Provide real-time feedback mechanism • Review and audit a minimum of 15 calls per hour • Score calls on a 5 point scale • Work a minimum of 5 hours per week

• Support requirements for PR0117E RFQ FY22-SB10 Nuclear Safety • Provide oversight support to audits for safety and non-safety software • Conduct reviews of contractor actions regarding DOE recommendations • Assist ORP in managing and overseeing projects per DOE orders
