Client Services Representative

• Answer a minimum of 30 inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and upbeat manner; • Resolve client cases for the client services team; • Educate clients on searches, forms needed for searches, and the adverse action process; • Assist clients with new user accounts, during the ordering process, and train clients to use the portal; • Train new clients on the billing process; • Assist other departments in obtaining information and forms needed from clients to perform searches; • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance;
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;

  • Can adapt quickly to a changing environment;
  • Can work well independently but understand the importance of teamwork;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate and adjust communication styles to the audience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • 1+ years experience in a Clients Services Department in a call center environment preferred;
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products;
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred;
  • Proven ability to build, nurture, and retain client relationships;
  • Able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods;
  • Navigate easily between multiple windows/browsers, perform extensive internet research, and type 45 WPM.

Title: Client Service Manager - Commercial Insurance Location: Cleveland, Ohio Apply Description The Opportunity: The Client Service Manager is responsible for external support to clients for an assigned book of business, ensuring service levels produce a positive experience for clients resulting in client retention while building long term relationships with our clients. This is a Hybrid role based out of our Cleveland office. In This Role You Will Execute On: - Serve as the lead service contact to clients for assigned book of business. This includes pre-qualifying, reviewing, identifying, and procuring coverages along with focus on gathering business intelligence and managing risk assessment. - Lead Client Engagement Strategy (CES) for assigned clients providing oversight and driving client engagement at a "best practice" level. - Serve as a back-up at all support levels as needed. - Maintain and grow insurance knowledge through education opportunities and pursuit of designation(s) as appropriate. - Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. In This Role You’ll Need: - Bachelor’s degree business, insurance, risk management, or similar field of study. Title: Playground Coordinator (Part-time) Location: Memphis United States Job Description: Hourly Rate: $15.94 Works under the direction of the Youth and Family Program Administrator or designee to implement playground activities for children while maintaining a safe learning environment. Coordinates and monitors the facilitating and implementation of daily activities for children ages 6-14 at a free, drop-in playground program. Leads daily activities in arts, crafts, games, sports, drama, etc. Plans, organizes, and schedules playground events and programs to include enforcing rules, evaluating equipment, facility, and rentals. Assists management in overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility for playground operations. Orders supplies and equipment via management. Coordinates the scheduling of all playground activities with parks maintenance to efficiently prepare venues for scheduled activities. Adheres to summer lunch program policies and established guidelines. Determines equipment, material, and facility requirements for activities and ensures timely availability of such resources. Monitors the daily activities daily to ensure children have a well-rounded schedule. Creates and maintains a variety of reports to submit to management. Coordinates playground staff and volunteers involved in facilitating events and programs. Reviews and approves time sheets to submit to management.
