Sales Trainer
DocPlanner
• Diagnosticar necesidades formativas del equipo comercial y diseñar itinerarios de aprendizaje a medida. • Crear y actualizar materiales didácticos: presentaciones interactivas, guías de venta, videos cortos, role-plays y módulos online (LMS). • Impartir workshops presenciales y sesiones virtuales dinámicas (product & pitch training, técnicas de negociación, storytelling de ventas). • Acompañar a reps en campo: coaching one-to-one, “ride alongs” y feedback en tiempo real. • Medir el impacto de la formación con indicadores (time to productivity, mejora de KPIs comerciales, nivel de satisfacción). • Colaborar estrechamente con Sales Leadership, Marketing y Producto para alinear mensajes y lanzar iniciativas de enablement. • Promover la cultura de aprendizaje continuo y compartir mejores prácticas dentro del equipo. - Calibración de llamadas - Demos
Job Requirements
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en formación corporativa, onboarding de producto, consultoría o roles similares.
- Excel intermedio / creación de tablas dinámicas , cruce de bases de datos
- Google sheets
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales: lenguaje claro, capacidad de storytelling y dominio de presentaciones.
- Personalidad extrovertida, cercana y empática: te apasiona conectar con la gente y generar un ambiente motivador.
- Alta energía y proactividad: te gusta moverte, visitar clientes, impartir talleres dinámicos y resolver sobre la marcha.
- Facilidad para adaptarte a distintos niveles de conocimiento técnico
- Conocimientos básicos de herramientas SaaS y metodologías de e-learning (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).

• Provide procedural support to new users to promote safety and effective progression through their learning curves • Support training activities to include in-services, training labs, attend first case series and development of teams and programs • Become a clinical expert in the pulmonary oncology space • Work alongside ESR’s to collaborate with senior hospital staff and key physicians in the development and execution of a plan to effectively integrate Ion® at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to and utilization of the system • Facilitate critical user and procedural data capture to create effective QTI and benchmarking metrics • Collaboration with daVinci local sales teams to ensure consistent alignment and communication with internal and external stakeholders • Responsibly manage administrative tasks, SFDC management, submission of expense reports, etc.
