• Own feature-branch previews, CI/CD pipelines, environment parity, observability, and **HIPAA-ready security hygiene** under a shared responsibility model. • Enable safe, reliable, and efficient deployment workflows while empowering engineers to ship confidently. • Review pipeline and environment health dashboards, monitor alerts for errors, timeouts, or cost anomalies. • Configure feature-branch previews, manage secrets vaults, enforce access controls, and ensure audit trails are complete. • Implement IaC changes (Terraform/Bicep), document processes, troubleshoot rollbacks, and update monitoring dashboards.

• Infrastructure Ownership – Design, implement, and scale infra across AWS, GCP, or Azure; drive high availability, multi-AZ, and DR/BCP strategies. • Cloud-Native Enablement – Build and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE), service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and ingress controllers for secure and resilient workloads. • CI/CD & Automation – Architect CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD/GitOps, Jenkins) and build custom deployment portals and automation tools to accelerate developer productivity. • AI/LLM Reliability – Define and track key metrics (latency, cost, throughput, containment) for AI/LLMs and agent workflows. • Observability & Tracing – Implement end-to-end tracing for multi-turn queries and real-time pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana. • Vector Databases – Manage and tune vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.) for high concurrency, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and resilience. • Resilience & Scaling – Design autoscaling, failover, and health-check–based routing strategies for workloads like WebSockets, RAG pipelines, and voice (STT/TTS). • Scripting & Tooling – Write Bash/Python/Go scripts for operational tooling, log rotation, API integrations, and rollout automation. • Collaboration – Partner with AI and engineering teams to support complex workflows, while driving DevOps best practices across the organization

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools. • Lead the development and evolution of our internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to support engineering teams and improve developer experience. • Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, safe, and automated deployments. • Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency of infrastructure through monitoring, tuning, and continuous optimization. • Apply cloud-native security best practices. • Manage containerized workloads using Docker/Kubernetes in prod environments. • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
