• create thought leading research on security operations and vulnerability management • conduct research and analysis targeting client’s key initiatives • deliver high quality actionable advice through various media • write clear, actionable advisory research documents • respond to client questions and deliver presentations • maintain Gartner's industry leadership reputation • collaborate with the sales organization and provide support to grow the business

Job Requirements

  • minimum of 12 years of experience in a technical security role
  • at least one year of experience securing AI preferred
  • subject matter expertise in how to secure AI
  • knowledge of AI Security Platforms (AISP), AI usage control (AIUC) and AI Application Security (AIAS)
  • knowledge of threats against AI models and architecture
  • knowledge of AI solutions and their native security features
  • knowledge of AI security testing, MCP security, rogue agent detection, AI discovery and inventory, AI access control
  • ability to mentor security staff at all levels
  • knowledge of the global landscape and competitive dynamics in AI security
  • demonstrated superior analytical skills
  • strong business and financial acumen
  • articulate and succinct communication skills
  • history of publishing content and public speaking engagements advantageous
