Ensures adequate and accurate patient information is collected and verified at the time of scheduling, pre-registration, and registration to ensure seamless access to care. - Ensures patients understand their financial obligations, including copays, deductibles, and balance responsibilities. - Collect co-insurance, co-payment, or provide estimated out-of-pocket costs for the service. - Ensures timely and accurate cash collections across the enterprise and point of service collections reconciliation. - Quality Assurance and Training Development - Ensures detailed monitoring, audits, and feedback loops for front-end errors, preventative denials, estimates, and point-of-service collections. - Ensures and coordinates on-demand training and development for internal and external customers related to front desk operations.
