Identify opportunities where AI can enhance developer productivity, code quality, and team velocity.

Job Requirements

  • Academic background oriented toward computer science, engineering, or software development disciplines.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and working in product-driven companies.
  • Hands-on experience in backend (Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS) and optionally frontend development, with a track record of delivering scalable systems.
  • Background optimizing engineering processes using agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Experience working in medium to high complexity domains, with strong understanding of web and mobile application architecture, security, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of relational database systems and Object Oriented Programming.
  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and experience designing or maintaining microservices-based systems.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web and mobile technologies and techniques.
  • Practical experience applying AI frameworks in development projects.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams, define clear objectives, and ensure successful, on-time delivery.
