Financial Account Intake Specialist

• Answer incoming calls to gather and input relevant information regarding the client’s potential claim • Gather details regarding Plaintiff information, Attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine the veracity of potential claims • Enter all details and information into the case management system and create leads • Assign all leads created to the Account Executives • Provide the best caller experience to clients • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Has a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative
- in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment and can start immediately
- Possess strong computer (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Keen to detail
- Meet the typing requirement of 40 WPM
- Strong time management
- Adaptability and accountability
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
