• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung von Datenschutz-Strukturen (DSMS) und Prozessen. • Übernahme der Funktion als bestellter externer Datenschutzbeauftragter. • Umsetzung & Pflege von Dokumentation (z. B. Verzeichnis von Verarbeitungstätigkeiten, Richtlinien). • Unterstützung bei DSFA/DPIA: Vorbereitung, Moderation, Dokumentation. • Schulungen/Awareness mit dem Ziel, Datenschutz verständlich zu vermitteln. • Schnittstellen zu Informations-/IT-Sicherheit und Compliance. • Durchführung von Datenschutz-Audits.

Job Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen in IT-Sicherheit, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Sicherheitsmanagement.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in Unternehmensberatung zu Datenschutz, Datensicherheit und Compliance.
  • Know-how in Standards/Regulatorik: Muss: DSGVO, nationale Datenschutzgesetze Optional: ISO 27701, ISO 27018, KI-Verordnung.
  • Zertifizierung als Datenschutzbeauftragter.
  • Nice-to-have: Zertifizierung als Datenschutzauditor.
  • Pragmatische Herangehensweise und Fähigkeit, gesetzliche Anforderungen in verständliche Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.
  • Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen langfristig aufzubauen.

The Sr. Delivery Consultant, Performance Partnership, is responsible for optimizing customer organizational performance by leading the implementation of cost savings projects that track directly back to the customers P&L. Also, enhancing the alignment and efficiency of business processes by ensuring continuous, sustained improvement across the enterprise through the implementation of Danaher Business System like tools and methodologies. This position is part of the Performance Partnership team in North America and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the Performance Partnership Delivery team and report to the Sr. Manager, Performance Partnership Delivery responsible for leading project implementation with the customer of large-scale hard cost saving, process improvement and change management projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Help customers re-engineer new or existing operations to build continuous improvement strategy and implement hard cost savings identified by the Performance Partnership Assessment team. - Understand the linkages between strategic objectives and process improvements, using both analytical tools and consulting techniques. - Own the relationship with the customer through the projects to achieve (sign-off by customer) identified hard cost savings as well as owning hard cost savings projects not previously identified. - Independently, analyze LIS data to confirm customer volumes, test menus and validation of project implementation and cost savings results. - Identify gaps in current project milestone deliverables and develop / implement innovative methods to close gaps to be able to provide desired results on time. Facilitate course corrections to hit milestones for cost savings sign-off by customer. - Collect, analyze, and present before and after data points to ensure cost savings goals are met and customer sign-off in a timely manner. - Plan and complete assigned work with high quality, while mentoring, in deliverable completion The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor’s degree in field with 14+ years exp. OR Master’s degree in field with 12+ years exp. OR Doctoral degree in field with 9+ years exp AND track record of demonstrated success in achieving customer sign-off on hard cost savings linked back to the P&L along with continuous improvement consulting. - Track record of demonstrated success in owning and driving customer relationships resulting in quantifiable savings and sustained improvements. - Proven ability to lead the management and strategy of cost savings project optimization projects for large complex customers; strong business insights and ability to analyze client commercial capabilities, identify root cause and growth tool opportunities. - Demonstrated ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view; effective at structured problem solving and critical thinking. Travel Requirements: Required travel is 75% - mostly overnight travel. Role Description The New Patient Consultant plays a vital role to the success of CCRM Fertility’s network. As the first point of contact for the majority of the Network’s potential new patients, this position is critical in setting the tone for the new patient experience. The New Patient Consultant is responsible for: - Assisting new patients in initiating their CCRM Fertility journey. - Understanding their options and ensuring a seamless transition into care. - Serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. - Providing information on the physicians and the CCRM patient experience. - Registering patients into the electronic medical record system. - Reporting to the Practice Administrator. - Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. - Answering incoming calls to aid patients in scheduling new patient appointments. - Communicating information regarding CCRM’s physicians, services, and successes to potential patients. - Obtaining necessary information from patients including referral source, reason for appointment, demographic information, and insurance information. - Working in the EMR system to ensure all patient data is promptly inputted and remains up-to-date. - Sending consent forms via DocuSign to patients and their partners. - Contacting potential patients who have submitted their contact information via CCRM’s website. - Communicating with physicians, clinical/front office staff, and other departments as needed. - Maintaining and tracking internal forms and spreadsheets as directed by the supervisor. - Attending all staff meetings and in-service meetings. - Performing other duties as assigned.
