• Work to understand prospects investment goals and focus on converting inbound leads into high-value clients • Consistently engage and follow-up with prospective clients via phone & email to net new deals • Attend daily sales meetings & track sales progress • Drive revenue through inbound marketing leads by achieving at least 170 live calls per month • Close a minimum of 10 sales per month or convert at least 15% of total attended live calls per month • Consistently assess and pitch customer program and product needs on an ongoing basis, while effectively presenting the FS value proposition
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with over the phone or online high ticket experience or have operated in a similar role
- Industry knowledge in the real estate market, including trends and patterns
- Excellent verbal, written and project management skills
- Experience using G-Suite, Hubspot, Slack, Zoom, etc
