Job Description

Sales Specialist – Enterprise Agreements

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

• Developing, evangelizing, and selling Enterprise Agreement (EA)s in Western and Central region, with key focus on Germany. • Work with various teams within HPEN - like Software Transformation, Product Business Units, Sales Operations, Legal, and others - to further develop and enhance EA offerings to its channel partners and customers. • Create awareness, educate, and train HPEN Sales and HPE channel partners in the region. • Collaborate with HPEFS Sales in structuring, negotiating and closing EA opportunities. • Build growth opportunities using the account planning process, actively manage planning process through scheduled reviews and updates. • Spending extensive time working with and leveraging external partners to implement EAs. • Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in company conducted surveys and reports. • Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly, annual quota and/or margin. • Enter all opportunities in pipeline tool and maintain progress updates.

Job Requirements

  • Academic degree in business administration or similar
  • Detailed knowledge of key customer types or customers in HPEN
  • Viewed as expert in company; sought out by other Sales Representatives and/or first level managers for input
  • Typically 5-7 years’ experience working in Networking sales
  • Networking industry and competitive market experience
  • Sales experience with focus on growing recurring revenues through Enterprise Agreements
  • Direct experience in structuring, modeling, and selling EAs
  • Track record of sales success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good leadership skills and cross functional expertise
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Business fluency in German and English language
